Asunto oli tosi siisti. Hiljainen talo ja ympäristö, tosin olimme vain yhden yön. Alue ei niin hyvämaineinen.

Wc oli alakerrassa, muut tilat yläkerrassa. Parvekkeella oli sohva, muttei lainkaan pehmusteita. Suihkun veden lämmönsäätely ei oikein toiminut, vesi oli joko lähes kylmää tai liian kuumaa.

Stayed for 3 nights. This apartment is great, value for money. Fully equipped. The host is welcoming and respond promptly. Washing machine comes with a washing detergent, that helps a lot. Separate room for toilet and shower which I love so no clashing for family usage.

Now here comes the interesting part of our stay..There is always a lingering bad smell (sewage smell) coming from the shower area. The water pressure is decent however there are times where the hot water was not consistent. So you could be having a good hot shower and the next sec, cold water and back to hot shower again. Not to mention on our last day 24th Sept, the water supply totally stop, not a single drop of water and that happened while my daughter was bathing..I had to rush to the nearby supermarket to buy bottled water. Waited an hour for the building tech to arrive but by the time he arrive, we had already used the bottled water..Whole floor and possibly whole building no water...imagine shampoo in your eyes with no water, was told to wait 1 hr for the building tech and u need to check out from the apartment as well.. However, the host did superbly well within their means to immediately activate the technician and push our check out time beyond the normal check out timing due to this issue.The building technician also came to check on us and apologised.. Now that is excellent recovery service from all parties involved.. Thank u host.. The street neighbourhood is very noisy with people talking and laughing loudly up to 2am in the morning. We are staying on the 6th floor and yet we can still very much hear them (with our windows closed by the way)..However that is not the host fault at all.. but potential stayers have to be prepared. Bring earplug if u have to. I hope future stayers have better luck than us but if you want a good solid apartment with excellent prompt service..this is the place to go

Wohnung war großzügig, gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn. Das Warmwasserproblem war innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben.

EIN Duschhanduch für eine eine Woche zu wenig. Lüftung in WC und Bad ging nicht. Ein Fernseher, auf dem es nicht möglich war aktuelle Nachrichten anzuschauen, sondern nur Serien.Keine Nutzung des Balkons wegen Bauarbeiten (Taubenschutz) möglich

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn war man schnell im Zentrum, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, an sich hat die Wohnung einen schönen Schnitt und ist mit ihren 2 Ebenen auch groß und hell. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit könnte sie echt schön und gemütlich sein. Klimaanlage war gut. Betten waren auch bequem.

Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt und war nicht sehr sauber. Die Wohnung müsste instand gesetzt werden und benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Es war nur das Nötigste an Ausstattung vorhanden. In der Küche waren Ameisen. Die Dachterrasse wäre eigentlich sehr schön, wenn die Möbel und die Streben nicht kaputt wären. Es gibt so einige Löcher in den Wänden, Abdeckungen für die Stromverteiler fehlten. Die Türen haben gequietscht. Das Türschloss ist sehr abgenutzt und lässt sich schwer öffnen. Der Hausflur ist sehr dreckig und es stinkt. Anscheinend befindet sich unter den Schlafzimmern eine Lüftung von einem Bad, sodass es gestunken hat und man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.
