They arranged all of our excursions. It was a wonderful family vacation. The home was located in a very safe location with guarded community and security patrols. The house was right on the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home needs serious work. It has not been updated since it was built. There are very few items incuded; no cooking oil, no salt & pepper; no zip lock bags or food storage containers. There is a lot of rust and leaking faucets. There were coffee filters included with the drip coffee pot, so that was a plus. The queen beds in the two extra bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The best thing about this place is the close proximity to town and the ocean views; it is also reasonably priced, so if all you want is cheap and ocean view, go for it.
