The house itself was really nice and it a decent area. My only complaint about this house is there was no kitchen appliances or anything. I get it’s a Vrbo, you gotta bring your own stuff but there was zero pots or pans, no measuring cups nothing. Just enough cups for coffee and silverware to eat dinner. Overall this was a good stay just needs a little more kitchen items.

Great location peaceful neighborhood Was enough rooms for me and my family Host was amazing

This property was an excellent location for exploring Lafayette/Festival International in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard was lovely, the house was spacious and clean, and the hosts made check-in and check-out easy. However, I was traveling with a group of adults and was a little disappointed by the lack of information about the sleeping options on the listing, which listed 4 bedrooms and a maximum of 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms were very comfortable, with king/queen/two twin beds, but the fourth bedroom was just a cot or a very uncomfortable futon, and the final member of my group ended up sleeping on the couch. This property would be a great fit for a large group including children who don't mind less comfortable accomodations, but be aware that 8-10 adults on the property is not ideal.

The property could use an upgrade in the furniture & a TV in the additional bedrooms. You tell the upkeep of the property is not good. The entry into the property needs to be cleaned. The back porch’s furniture is old. I chose to sit on the ground vs the furniture because of all of the bugs, spider webs and dirtiness. The show curtain in the shared restroom had mold in it. The property was simply ok. The host communicated well & kept in contact. I would not return to this property though.
