Super helpful and communicative host!!! With two toddlers and a preteen in tow, we had everything we needed for our stay and more…we wanted to stay longer because the house and the area were so nice!

We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house made it so that nobody felt crammed. There’s 2 bathrooms (even though the listing says 1!) Beds were super comfy and the house was so clean! Planning to stay here again for our next visit to Amelia island!

One of the best kept secrets in around Amelia Island. We were there for the auction at Goodings and I was impressed at how clean quiet and how close everything was to the home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

The interior of the house was impeccably clean. There was plenty of initial supplies and the layout of the house was extremely comfortable.Loved walking in and hearing soft light music playing.Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty roomy.Neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very close to downtown.
