Home was clean, in good repair, and furnished well. Host provided various thoughtful items such as commonly forgotten toiletries and kitchen items, beach towels, board games, etc. Coffee & filters, hot chocolate, filtered water in the kitchen was helpful for us for our first morning at the house. Host communicated well and responded to messages pretty quickly. Back yard was set up well for outdoor eating and lounging around the fire pit, though we were in the go most of the stay, and did not use it. Overall great home and host for families needing a convenient place to stay midway between Schlitterbaun and Fiesta Texas!

Communication prior to our arriving was good, we knew what to expect. The property is very well cared for and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, there was enough parking, and we were all comfortable in our beds. I'd stay there again.

Lovely home. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful VRBO! The home’s large windows and shaded back patio was amazing! The house came equipped with everything you need and made our move to California smooth and enjoyable!
