The place was super clean and well kept. The owners are really nice and easy to deal with and will help with any assistance you may need. Very convenient location. Close to food, stores, and beach access. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice place on the beach.

Upgraded living room furniture and showers

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. Great ocean views and sounds of the waves very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with 2 different styles of coffee makers. Convenient location. Tiki lounge and Pizza Kitchen on the property were good. Pool area was good with easy access to the beach. Loading and unloading zones were good with buggies and luggage racks available. Adequate parking and 4 minutes to the airport and shopping close by.

The condo was a good size for the 6 of us. Some things had been renovated recently, but many were still in need of updating. Location was great. There was a new Keurig machine. A nice new soap dispenser in only one of the bathrooms. The lock did not work in one bathroom. The door did not close in the other bathroom. The dryer needs to be replaced. There was a small frying pan, no large frying pan. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning. The fridge door closed only when pushed really hard. For what I paid, I was definitely looking for something a little better.
