Kind staff and nice room. Location is good, just a short walk to centre. The room is nice.
The mattress needs to be replaced. It is really dented and we kept rolling to each other in the middle of the bed… also the breakfast menu is not really big, it is fine but each time we ordered something we got something else. The vegetable omelette? Got scrambled eggs without vegetables. The pancakes with honey? Got crêpes with banana. It was still good but just a little annoying that it’s not correct on the menu.
The shower is right next to the toilet without something in between so the whole bathroom gets wet.

The staff were super helpful and considerate, the location was great as just a short walk away from the busy main road of Tam Coc and great to have the pool to use and bikes!

Great breakfast, small but nice pool. Lovely staff. Nice balcony and very close to everything.
Just the same towels to last 3 days. No fridge to cool our water. The floor got gritty,I probably could have asked for a broom. Only sheets, no coverlet. Overall it was very good value for money,so no real gripes.

Friendly staff, and a good room, close to stuff. The AC was strong!
The town itself was very tiny and the amenities of the hotel didn’t help us feel like we want to go back.
