There were 8 of us visiting to celebrate a 50th birthday. House was great and very spacious for all.of us. Blake was available for all questions and concerns and allowed us.to check in early as our.flight got in a few hours before check in. We all had a great.time and the hot.tub was great. Thank you!

We had a group of 20 guests - some family with majority of my daughters friends from all over to celebrate her 21st birthday. We rented two homes to accommodate our large group. There was an issue with one of the homes the day of check in and Julian and Blake were all over it and helped us find like accommodations right in the same area. Julian was absolutely awesome with answering our questions, responding quickly and providing recommendations for all sorts of things. The homes we had - Tricia and Johnny worked out perfectly for our group. Getting to and from house to downtown via Uber worked great for everyone to set their own timing and in planning what everyone wanted to do. I would definitely rent with Blake and Julian again and hoping to come back in the spring!

We had a great weekend! The host were very responsive and the house was clean! Easy check out! Uber to downtown was quick!

The size is amazing . Location is do able broadway is about 10-15 min away . The hot tub was not working and this property is in need of a deep clean . Lots of scuff marks and fingerprints
