Great location

We have stayed at Maui four times now and this is the only property we have returned to instead of trying something new. The view is tough to beat, the place is large, and the communication with the host was excellent.

Loved the condo. View on large patio was amazing. Kitchen was one of the best and well equipped we've ever rented. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working. The owner didn't approve the remedy while we were there so we had a couple of hot days/nights. The rental management company was helpful sending out repairmen and setting up 2 portable air conditioners for us. They took up a bit of space but made the remainder of our trip comfortable.

We stayed at this rental for 7 nights. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the lanai was incredible, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. However, we encounter numerous bugs (the management company said they were water beetles) in the unit especially at night. They were mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms (sinks, counters, floors and walls). The management company promptly sent someone to spray the same day as my complaint. The spray helped a little but the bugs quickly returned. I hope this pest issue is resolved soon.
