The price compared to the location and amenities - it’s a blessing . Plus I really like that they can randomly give you opportunity to upgrade the room significantly for small amount . The view to the Jardin is fantastic. And it’s just across the road - I’d recommend to go sometimes for breakfast there in the park to breath fresh air and enjoy the view

Good location and nice staff. Liked the option of pool and rooftop
The pool was tiny. The layout of the room was weird having a sink outside the shower. The room wasn’t completely clean and had damages in the bathroom. The price I paid for the hotel per night doesn’t match the standard of the hotel and certainly not a 4 star one

Location is great. You’re about 20 minute walk from La Gran Via and Mercado San Miguel, but you are far enough to have peace and quiet.
A number of staff were SO RUDE. Not all, but Benjamin for example was SO rude. He should not be working in hospitality at all. All the ladies were quite nice but some of the men were beyond rude.
