Nice large size; plenty of space & sleeping accommodations for a big group. All ammenities you can think of. Everything was labeled so you don't have to guess "how to...". Nicely decorated, plenty of seating. The shower pressure was somewhat weak in the master, the handle turned all the way around so adjust the water before getting under it. Nicely situated, easy access to beach, an easy 5-10 minute walk depending on your fitness. The beach was pretty empty which was nice, the surf not rough at all. Publix is very close by. The internet did go down on 2nd day & never returned but that was a Verizon issue. Overall, it is a great rental, if coming to the area, would rent this home again.

They really saved us when we showed up to our original booking in another house and the conditions were not acceptable. Messaged this listing immediately and they accommodated our urgent scenario. It was a blessing in disguise. This listing had everything we needed for a fun family weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at the nearby university. Walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach, fishing near by, short drive to sanibel island and the university. The house was well equipped to accommodate our large family dinners and game nights in the spacious living room, and large porch spaces. The supplied beach equipment and bikes which was great for exploring the local beach town. We were very comfortable and very grateful for this beautiful space to save the weekend! Thank you for being so accommodating.
