Great, clean property with a beautiful well kept pool. The air conditioning in three of the bedrooms was quite strong. The main bedroom with no AC remained cool at night with the breeze from the open window. Lots of sitting areas inside and out, and ample parking. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful trip and loved our stay in Volterra! The home was lovely and the host was helpful and friendly! The only note on check-in is that you do have to bring 600 euros cash which is a bit inconvenient but is refunded based on energy usage at the end

The property overall was good and perfectly placed if you are looking to travel around Tuscany. The house was clean and has a special Tuscan charm. Both Vincent and Giulia were very responsive and Giulia was very helpful when we had a couple of challenges when we arrived. The pool would be perfect for a summer holiday but unfortunately we could not use it during our stay as it was very cold and there was some maintenance that had to be done. The kitchen was what we were looking for as we wanted to cook family dinners during our stay. However we had a problem with the cook top as it did not work. Giulia had to go an buy a temporary cook top so we could cook. The house was very nice but make sure you read the details which I did not and assumed that things like coffee machine was available, washing detergent provided, the TV was not working, there was no toaster and extra toilet paper. These are small things that make a big difference. I do want to recognise that Giulia did go out and buy us coffee, pasta, a new toaster, portable cooktop, provided her laptop so we could log onto her streaming account which was appreciated and help make our trip special. Overall a good experience

The property was amazing! It was more beautiful in person than the photos that were online. The location & amenities were great. Close to Volterra and restaurants, but still in country that was quiet and serene. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies abd was perfect for staying in and cooking at the villa. We enjoyed the pool & the covered patio every day! The views from the pool & covered patio were breathtaking. The villa floor plan was great w/ en-suite baths in 3 of the bedrooms, it worked perfect for our large family. Communication with the host Guilia was great, she was very responsive and met all of our expectations. We look forward to coming back here for our next stay.
