House was so well stocked! Everything we needed was here! Having access to the Hilton was amazing for days we didnt want to go to the beach and was very close to restaurants and shopping.

Overall amazing stay. This is a very lovely home... top quality. All of the furniture was very nice and comfortable. All of the towels and bedding are very good quality. The house has every single thing you could possibly need for a great vacation. There were so many things in the garage that you can use during your stay (boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs, toys) that you don't need to buy or rent anything and you can have great beach days. The home is located very close to some really good beaches. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. This spacious home is great for a big group but it also doesn't feel overwhelming for a regular-sized family. If we ever go back to the Big Island again, I will definitely rent this house again.

This is a very well managed property. The management company responded very quickly to any questions we had. The water park that is available with the house is great and less then a 10 minute drive away, but too far for us to even think of walking there. The house is very well equipped for beach activities. There are plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We found the top pieces on the back two burners had been switched when we came in, but we quickly and easily fixed that. It comes with coffee for one pot of coffee, so if you have a lot of big coffee drinkers you may want to make a trip to the market before you go to bed. There is both a Foodland (caters more to tourists) and a KTA (caters more to locals) less than 15 minutes away.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. The location is very convenient for our plans and view toward the ocean from the huge rear windows was amazing. Everything was very clean and the stay was comfortable for all. The managment team is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the excellent stay! We look forward for staying again.
