This was a fabulous place to stay!!! Communication from the host was excellent, including touching base with us after our first 24 hours to make sure everything was ok. The location could not have been better - close to restaurants, shops, pools and the beach. Great that bikes were included as we used them often! Loved the balcony and private outdoor seating area! Would definitely stay here again!

Place is beautiful, clean and easy walking distance to places in town and beach. We flew into town early 0930. And unfortunately our place wasn’t ready until 5pm. Our host stated there was a mix up.A little bit of a pain to drag luggage around while waiting for the place to be ready. Otherwise, we will be back. The place was very nice. The area is peaceful, family oriented. Clean.

We had a great stay, the place was clean comfortable and a beautiful setting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was great. The carriage house was easy to find and well-appointed, for the most part. Bathroom could use an update. We did have to call about the sofa bed that we opened to find popcorn and pretzels and Crayola markers left behind from prior occupants. Management responded quickly and cleaned the sofa bed. Also, on our last day, there was a massive dying roach on the kitchen floor. Truthfully, I expected more attention to detail with cleanliness and pest control for the price point. I feel terrible to leave such a poor review, however it is an honest account of our stay.
