The property was spectacular and the double lot allows for one of the largest private pools in Rosemary Beach. The home is spacious, beautiful and very well equipped for all your house and beach necessities. It also allows a on site guest house to be rented separately if your party exceeds the ample size of the main house. Will definitely stay here again!

Toilet seat in Master bedroom needs replaced, Ice maker in refrigerator not working, bike locks not working. There are a few other minor repairs that should be made.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great week at Butterfly Cottage. The home was clean and well laid out for a large group, and the pool was relaxing and well-maintained. The mgmt. company was the most responsive we've experienced along 30A. They sent someone out within the hour to address the couple of small issues we experienced. I have recommended this home to friends and would definitely stay there again.
