Amazing. The best stay in Rome. Great location. Very close to the Vatican and train stations. So many good restaurants near by. Safe location with so many options. We LOVED our stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful. 100% would stay here again next time in Rome. It’s the best.

Cristina, the owner is super nice, helpful and always with fast response. As a female solo traveller, this is my first time to take self-check-in guest house. Everything is simple and clear. Cristina always offer pleasant and prompt help. Room is super clean with all necessities, I slept very well every night. There’s a lift for luggage. The location is great too.

Excellent property with excellent staff
In the middle of the street with restaurants, gelato and shops, 5 min walk to the center of the Vatican and 2 minutes walk to the ottaviano metro station
Marco, Cristina and all the family are very helpful, kind and did everything that the stay will be wonderful - keep the good job
If you’ve heading to Roma this is indeed your place to stay, you won’t regret
