Grayson Hotel in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

I had an exceptional stay at the Grayson Hotel! These aren’t listed online, though you could request the following: a mini fridge, kettle for hot water, airport shuttle service etc. The team greeted and welcomed with genuine kindness and they were always there with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. It’s great for solo travelers, it's a great location, they have clean rooms, a nice gym, and an extraordinary team. I just want to indicate these amazing staff members: Ian, Jasmine, Joshua, Michael, Shirley, Zack, & Nicholas. Exceptional service is becoming increasingly rare, which is why this experience stood out so much. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They truly set the standard for what outstanding hospitality should look like. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Isaac

Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and hassle-free

The room, although very small had everything we needed. We were greeted warmly and offered a room upgrade and complimentary room credit due to us both celebrating our 60th birthdays and we very much appreciated the guesture. The hotel is very conveniently located for Time Square and Grand Central without being right in the hustle and bustle and only a block away from Bryant Park which would be very handy in the summer. The rooftop bar is very nice, unfortunately there was a private wedding on the night that we were there and we briefly had 1 hour before we left but it was pouring with rain so couldn't go outside. The best part was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Id definitely put this on my list to come back to
