They have always been very nice to work with and easy to reach. River Bend C109 was a very clean unit. Sitting right on the river, it had a beautiful view with a large patio. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and everything worked. We did not use the river access but spent a large part of the time in the nice pool. WE went to Schlitterbahn the day of our arrival, and it was so crowded even on a Tuesday. Will not spend money there again. Ate pizza at Di's, a short walk from the condo, and it was great.

Drop your tube in across the street and float the Comal for 45 minutes and get out at the condo exit. Across the street from Schlitterbahn. Had a few issues with the condo. Killed 2 roaches in the main bedroom. The tub would fill with water when showering. Pool was unusable and green our entire stay. Sliding glass door wouldn't stay shut unless locked. Also got towed so make sure you immediately put your parking tag on vehicle. I had forgotten the 1st night and they towed it 5am the next morning even though it was in the numbered spot for the condo. I was going out to put the tag on at 7:30 am and vehicle was gone!
