Gut gefallen hat mir, dass es alles so unkompliziert war. War super zu erreichen, Metro auch direkt vor Ort, obwohl man auch den kurzen Weg in die Stadt laufen kann.

Für 4 Personen war es dann doch etwas klein, eher für 3 Personen ausgelegt.

Apartament na zdjęciach prezentuje się bardzo ładnie, jednak w rzeczywistości wymaga jeszcze trochę prac wykończeniowych. Na pobyt 1–2 noce jest w porządku, ale na dłuższy pobyt niekoniecznie. Ogólnie pobyt był okej. Dużym minusem jest prysznic – podczas kąpieli cała łazienka dookoła robi się mokra. Brakuje również miejsca na powieszenie ręczników.

The building is really sketchy, there are no entrance doors so anyone can just walk in the building and go up the stairs (the elevators were controlled by chip). It is a new building yes but they left it at 80% and didn't finish it which creates an eary atmosphere when you are trying to reach your apartment.

4-night autumn stay Location right next to the metro station, 3 stops from the city center. Communication on the day of arrival—including check-in instructions—was helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. Quick response when replacing a broken item. Comfortable large bed, comfortable living room sofa, large wardrobe in the bedroom. Hot water supply sufficient for 2 people. Good Wi-Fi signal, including TV connectivity. Reasonable price, though based on years of experience, better-equipped accommodation at a similar price point can be found in Sofia.

No hooks anywhere in the apartment; nowhere to hang a jacket or a damp towel. The entrance door is drafty; the keyhole is larger than the lock itself, allowing a strong stream of cold air to blow through. The apartment was in the basement near the building's main entrance, which remained open 24/7 (cold, drafty, and insecure). It was very cold in the apartment during autumn. No air conditioning, no heating. A washing machine is available, but there is nowhere to hang laundry. No cleaning supplies for the floors in the apartment or bathroom. Found two live cockroaches in the bathroom—something we’ve encountered in most Sofia accommodations. No electric kettle; water for tea had to be boiled in the only large pot available. Nothing to dry wet dishes with—no tea towel or dish rack. Kitchen amenities were absolutely minimal. There was only overhead lighting, with no bedside lamps or smaller light sources. The bedroom lacked nightstands, and the only power outlet was on the other side of the room, behind the door. A non-functional hairdryer was replaced upon request.
