Very clean and tidy. Well equipped.

Fairly minor issues. Heating time settings need reviewing. Ceiling light in master bedroom and bunk bedroom needs replacing. Toilet seat in en-suite needs refitting.

Very clean & comfortable

The location was great — convenient and easy to get around. The house itself was very spacious, which worked well for our group, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking

The living room was not properly cleaned, as we found dried food on and under the sofa. The bathroom was disappointing too — the door didn’t lock, the cleanliness was lacking, and there were even spiders in the bathtub. Mattress covers and towels were stained, and the cot was provided without any bedding. Beside tables and mirrors were dirty in the bedrooms on the third floor.

The house is well equipped and has most items needed to make it comfortable. We were out most days/nights, so we didn't make use of it fully. Bedrooms are a good size.

The parking situation is dire. I had a note on my car asking me not to leave a gap when people have paid for parking. What they failed to realise is I arrived late at night, parked next to a vehicle that subsequently moved. I got a knock at the door from the owner of the note the next day, but we amicably sorted out the arrangements. If you have two large cars, you'll struggle. There's a car from a nearby property that's always there, to the right of the kitchen, so it makes it difficult to turn round. I won't be back here again for this issue alone. It's a very tight turn off the main road, making additional manoeuvres complicated. Shared bathroom for 2 of the rooms, so you need to be good friends or family to stay here. Another has en-suite and one cloakroom toilet downstairs. Front rooms onto the road are noisy with traffic and people walking past, when the window is open (summertime)
