Friendly staff, great buffet, the pastry shop is nice too.
The SPA area is well-kept, has 3 different kinds of saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. The masseurs are worth the money.
The a-la-carte Restaurant Vitus was closed the few times we tried to visit - and on the day it did work, it only had a generic lunch menu. Not expected of a 5-star restaurant, or at least it should be, according to the Ministry of Travel.
No bath in the room - even though one was listed in the property description.

There was a good variety of foods, the staff were really kind to us, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean (which is very important to us)
There was what looked like a bit of mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us.

We had a great weekend. The staff were extremely kind, we had everything we needed throughout the whole stay. The room was spacious and clean, se even had a welcome present. The food was also excellent, there was a huge variety of options. The spa was clean and the pools were great as well.
The location does not feel spacious enough. The indoor spa is big enough but the outside area feels a bit small. The hotel is surrounded by other buildings and houses and the outside are can feel a bit claustrophobic.

- Cold room - There was no central heating while it was 7 degrees outside at night and 19 in the room which is unacceptable when you are on a spa. The AC was set and locked to cooling mode only. We complained on the reception and they gave us fan heater on the next night. Unfortunately, our baby got cold and sick during the stay.
- Not relaxing - the main spa area is like open office with luminescent lighting which is the opposite of relaxing atmosphere
