Everything was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked, Jennat was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. The bed was comfortable and my friend said the pullout was quite comfortable as well. If you have Verizon make sure to screenshot instructions before you arrive on property as service in Brewster is not very good and we weren’t able to load our instructions when we arrived and had to drive around to get it to load. Once you connect to the WiFi though everything works great!

Our stay was amazing in Brewster! Check in was easy, the cottage was spotless and cozy and the location was perfect. Jennat was so gracious in communicating a change of one of the amenities and even left us a gift card because of it! We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for an amazing start to our summer!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It is very cute, decorated beautifully, and clean. It is in a great location, 2 minutes from where we had dinner and close to beach’s. The host was great with communication as well!

Lots of color-coordinated charm that we enjoyed, but overall I was disappointed with the cabin, given the high rental cost. The cleaning fee was excessive for such a small space; same for the Vrbo fees for on-line services. There was too much clutter - it was hard to find a space to put something down. The pull-out couch bed and bedding were really uncomfortable. It really is not a two bed rental.
