Kalia Bingin - Adult only

The best hotel from our Bali trip. I cannot give enough words to describe this place. The staff, the rooms, the pool area. Everything was perfect and spotless. The staff are incredibly helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are stunning and having your sunbed right outside your room is lovely. Breakfast is 10/10, it’s an à la carte menu with plenty of choice. There was some construction nearby but I am starting to learn this is the norm for Bali and it did not affect our stay. We rented a scooter from the hotel which made everything easily accessible. Thank you team especially Angela for all your hospitality

Having to leave

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel looks exactly like the photos — a small, beautiful and cozy boutique hotel. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, helpful and sweet. She really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was also amazing, with so many different food and drink options. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The cleanliness was excellent. Our room was cleaned twice a day and everything was always spotless. The pool was also very clean.

There are only two things that could be improved. There were quite a lot of ants in the bathroom, so some pest control would be helpful. Also, unfortunately, we didn’t have a very good experience with the massage service. The therapists seemed a little inexperienced.

The staff could not have done more for you!! They were all so kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning and location was fairly central. Very clean and even offered a second cleaning. Our flight was early the morning we left so they arranged takeaway breakfast for us. 5 star place

Nothing, couldn’t have been better

Overall, the hotel had some strong positives. On the plus side, the room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, and a great shower. Having a dedicated sunbed was also a really nice touch to relax by the pool.

The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi. It stopped working after the first night and was unavailable for the rest of the stay which would have been fine if the staff acknowledged the issue. When I raised this with staff, they repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault and initially suggested that both myself and another guest were using it incorrectly (wrong password, etc.), which delayed any real attempt to resolve the issue for over 24 hours. What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or customer care. Even when it became clear the problem wasn’t on our end, there was no real effort to fix it promptly, no updates, and no goodwill gesture offered if it couldn’t be fixed. On the final morning, I was also reminded during breakfast that there were only 45 minutes until checkout which just felt unnecessary and added to the overall sense of unhelpful, slightly frustrating service. A comfortable stay physically, but let down by poor handling of basic service and guest experience.
