My family and I had a great mini vacation!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and location was perfect. We were able to use the backroads to get into Rehoboth and avoided the summer traffic. Plantations East is a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors were so nice. We look forward to returning soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with a few minor exceptions. First, there were a few ants that were discovered in the kitchen and 1st floor bathroom. Also, there were only local channels available to watch. There were no regular cable channels available without a subscription to the channel(s).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very nice in a quiet, but central location. You need to drive to get anywhere, but everything is fairly close. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. If we come back next year we will book this house again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the home was clean, comfortable and like home away from home. However, the kitchen needs some work. A new refrigerator... it went out; keeping up with room temp. We had to buy coolers to place our food in for fear of it going bad in the refrigerator. Yes, I'm sure the repair person heard the freezer working overtime but barely producing ice. We called andxwere told that it might be in defrost mode. The refrigerator was set at recommended setting. We did not receive any further information from them coming into the property while we were out. There was trash in both trash cans that had the garage with a stinch odor. In the check out instructions, we were asked to sweep and run the vac. What does the cleaning team do if we do it all? We tried to make the most of it!
