Tout était parfait. Merci à l’hôte pour sa réactivité et pour avoir bien voulu nous arranger sur l’heure de départ. Si on repasse à Nice, on a notre adresse !!

Spacious and clean apartment, with a full wide sea view. The host was very kind and unlike the other hosts, he never asked for a security deposit, it was a pleasure to stay here.

Well located, close to airport. Easy access to tram and buses.

No big issues. Apartament is on second floor with no elevator. No TV is available but you can use a projector if you bring a device with HDMI. Eventually an adapter for iPhone can be provided (unfortunately on our case was not there).

Location and view were wonderful. Bed is super comfy. The cleaners were very pleasant and apologized for their lateness.

There was a miscommunication in check in time. There was back and forth with timing. I then advised host woukd be around 3 pm. But then the day before I received a message from Booking asking if I would still be checking in between 11 and noon. But if not to advise. I did not advise as I would be there by noon. Entered easily according to codes given. Room was not ready so I left my luggage. Host messaged to say I was early. Previous guests did but leave the keys for cleaning lady and that they would ckbe get the keys from me. However at that point I was in Cannes and not in the city. So in order to accommodate we left Cannes to come back with the keys. She asked if we would for sure be back by 4:30 and I said yes or sooner. Got back at 4 and messaged host. No reply. Cleaners did not arrive until almost 6 pm. While waiting I sat on a kitchen chair which was broken and I fell over onto the floor. I twisted my ankle and later had swelling. Also bruised arm and leg. As great as the location is the furniture in living room is not great. Many stains on the couch arms and threads loose. Couch covered with blanket which was not changed from previous guests. To be honest it was very disappointing that we had to cut our day trip short, find the cleanliness of the furniture as such and the broken chair and injury. Also the deck sitting area covered in bird poop. I asked the cleaners for a clean cover and to wash the deck.
