What a beautiful home Sam has to offer! It met every expectation and then some. The layout is perfect, the top deck is top notch along with the amazing view. A close Uber/Lyft to broadway for the fun! Definitely recommend.

Very nice home. Very clean, nice furniture, great rooftop patio. Everything in the listing was accurate. Would stay again when we visit Nashville.

The property was perfect! We came to Nashville to visit my niece who attends Vanderbilt. This is a top notch rental. The home has a wonderful atmosphere- contemporary and so comfortable. Everything in the house was spotless and we wouldn’t take anything for the time we spent on the private outdoor rooftop! Amazing views of mountains during the day and city lights at night. The two TVs on the top floor was a dream come true for our guys who had 2 ballgames playing at the same time. We just wished we were able to stay longer!
