The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was nice and respectful.
Breakfast could have been better instead of having the same menu each day.
Overall, the facilities served the purpose that our group needed.

The toilet wouldn't flush . Staff would get it working and it kept not flushing. The breakfast buffet wasn't what it was before The entire building needs work. The one in Mactan is much better
