Bravissimo is very good at hosting but what sets them apart is their customer service. I encountered an issue with the property and Marco and his team dealt with it promptly and effectively. I have stayed several times in the apartments they manage and the experience was always positive; they also have an office in Barri Vell so it is nice to know you can pop in and say hi. Recommended.
