Kitchen utensils definitely need some upgrading a lot are rusty and older. It looks like a lot of dirt from being sweeped and mop was just left in the corners

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. He let us stay past check out time since another guest wasn’t coming in. He also changed the pool and hot tub temperatures to our desires. The trash was also full, and he had someone come empty it so we had room for our trash. The beds were comfortable! The pool area that attached to the main living space with a large sliding door was very nice! It would have been nice to have some more dishes since we had 10 guests and there weren’t enough of each serving pieces for each person. It would have also been nice to have a TV in the outdoor space for watching The Masters.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was very family- and kid-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The outdoor eating space was perfect for family meals, and we had a great time grilling food, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine. We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but Mason was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to get it resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
