Very Spacious, nice pool, full kitchen, outdoor area.
There was no airco or proper sun blinds. So it was very warm.

Nice apartment, on the top of the hill with beautiful views. Outside area is well designed, new, you also can access grill area.
Inside was nice, spacious. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Lastly the host was very helpful - which definitely improved our stay and corrected small problems quite quickly
Also - Sestri Levante is beautiful city and you can go to Cinque Terre via train easily
First of all, be aware that you book 1/2 apartments, and owner lives on top (we barely saw them, so thats fine). The reason I am saying is because booking.com stated "entire villa" - which is misleading.
The other 2 things which a bit complicated our stay is - no washing machine (which is not convenient for longer stay - hey, but easy to fix?). The other is - pool is not heated. We stayed early May, where outside temp 22-24, on top of hill it is very warm, but it is impossible to use pool, because its too cold. Kids were disappointed
