THE SPACE: A design-led 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a Soho townhouse on Old Compton Street — 51.7 sqm / 556 sqft of well-planned living space, reached by two flights of stairs, no lift. No air conditioning, but fans are provided on request.



LIVING AREA: Bright, open-plan lounge and dining with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV and media hub for streaming, and a dining table seating four. An easy space to work from in the morning or unwind in after a night out in the West End.



BEDROOM 1: A well-proportioned double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and bedside lighting — calm and quiet despite the central location.



BEDROOM 2: A second double bedroom, rear-facing and notably quiet, also with built-in wardrobes. A genuine second double, not a box room.



BATHROOM: Contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, finished cleanly and stocked with complimentary toiletries.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped modern kitchen — oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.
