The welcome was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The services provided were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding.
The bathroom was in poor condition, especially the shower water, which suddenly became extremely hot and then suddenly turned cold. The trash bin was also in poor condition, and the bathroom was not clean enough.

Great food - lots of variety.
Staff by the pool were attentive and helpful.
Very clean - I am a bit pedantic about cleaning, and felt very comfortable there. Staff who cleaned the rooms were really lovely.
Towels freely available.
Location not too bad (but had to walk up a steep hill to get to the main street!).
Staff could have been more attentive at times in the dining hall and by the beach.
Would have been helpful to have been told at the start of my stay what was included in the all inclusive.
A bus into the town centre would have been helpful.

The food is wonderful with a lot of options, and the Italian restaurant can measure up to the fine dining place. The beach is nice, and there are many fish in the sea. The staffs are wonderful except for my checkout experience which I complained about the cockroaches found in my room.
The clearness is a big problem. I found one dead cockroach with wings in the balcony, and one alive in the shower! This is unacceptable. I told the problem to the girl at reception when we checked out, and she simply said thank you for telling me. I told her it is unacceptable, and she said that I will have someone to check the room. I was horrified by her response, wondering whether the hotel takes roaches in the room for granted.
