The place was clean. The room is in the third floor with a elevator. An old building with an history. There was one small kitchen for all the rooms. Anything we asked they fixed or gave an answer. The lady in the conditoria where's the breakfast was very nice and helpful. .
The metro is 10 minutes walk. The Toledo street was 30 minutes walking. The room we got was fronting to the streeta . We had a lot of noise. The shades were broken and the they fixed it temporarily. We had a few ants in the room but they put stuff for it. The breakfast you can 3 things to eat or drink for a person. But it was difficult to find what to eat.

It was very comfortable, the air conditioner was good and the beds were soft. The location was very good and close to many places.
The hallway leading to the room smelled weird, not very good. And the towels are not changed unless you pay.
