This was the perfect place to stay in Vienna. It was right on the metro line, and getting into town only took about 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

This hotel and staff deserve 5 full stars in every respect. 6 if possible!Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff including the manager, reception, cleaners, security and the restaurant personnel.
The brilliantly laid out medium size room also deserves an award for the smart and pleasant layout and facilities including a large bathroom, wonderful shower, bed and large tv with delicious free coffee and tea and a good view especially at night.
The location is excellent next to the subway, tram, bus, supermarket and shopping mall. Just a few stops to the tourist areas and this all at a fair price. Congratulations Hilton! -you got EVERYTHING right.
