The house was very clean. Thank you!

Very nice house in a great location that is close to the beach as well as shopping (groceries and goods). The pool was clean and a pool tech came to clean while we were there (discretely and non-intrusive). The pet area is just a little grassy area by the pool and there were old poop piles from some previous guest, but easily cleaned up and given there were few grassy areas, the poo was localized and easy to keep kids away from the area. There were a few deferred maintenance items which I pointed out to the property manager and the house next door was undergoing a huge reno, so lots of construction noise but that is a temporary condition. Otherwise, a very functional and comfortable stay.

The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of room for our family and friends. The pool was nice to have on days when the weather was not cooperating. The yard was completely fenced so that made it great for our small dogs to run around and do their business. The yard behind pool by fence could have used a bit more cleaning up when we arrived( bottle caps, watermelon and other trash items) but the folks at Frangista came over immediately and took care of it. Nice TVs in all rooms. Even used the bikes provided. We were happy overall.
