Second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit. Located very close to the "main pool" (which includes a beach-style sloping entry pool with splash pad water features a separate slightly deeper pool for bigger kids). Access to the unit is via exterior staircase from the parking lot. Plenty of free parking lot spaces and street parking available. EV car charging stations are located in near the entrance and can be used without any special app. A/C in primary bedroom is pretty loud but effective. Would book again!

This was our third trip to Legacy Villas and Scott's unit is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils and cooking items. The location is great as it's very close to the main pool and an additional satellite pool. The patio has a great view of the mountains and is mostly shaded and was a great place to have coffee in the morning.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and were very impressed with cleanliness and location. Highly recommend.

This is a great upper unit that was super clean with all the amenities. Location of this unit was ideal as it was close to the main pool and several other satellite pools. Balcony was shaded all day and was perfect for outdoor dining with privacy. Communication with the property owner was the best we’ve ever experienced at Legacy Villas!
