Everything has been wonderful Having kitchen to prep meals for my kids who are attending a large swim meet at the KAC has been a blessing

Where to begin? The communication from the propery manager both before, during, and after the stay was prompt and helpful. The house is in a centrally located area on Kingsport only mins from everything. The bedrooms are large with VERY comfortable beds and a large tv in every room...something that I really appreciate as one who needs a tv on to fall asleep. I also appreciated a small fan to place on the bedside table to keep cool during the night. The house is air conditioned and was great, but I like having a fan! THe house appears to to have been renovated - the decorating and the colors used are fun, stylish, and contribute to such a relaxing and enjoyable space. There is a small patio area to have dinner on, but there's also a full size dining room. We didn't prepare any meals, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet with quiet neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Everything about this property was 5 star!!!

Nicely outfitted kitchen and clean all around

Firstly, the hosts were very responsive. That was not a problem. I rated the property low because the kitchen had issues and for me cooking is the primary reasons I stay at a VRBO - I eat healthy its difficult to eat out. The stove didn't work - apparently the prior guest stole the knobs and the replacement didn't work. I think they should've tested the new knob to make sure it worked but that apparently didn't happen. The host did send over a handyman but by the time it was fixed breakfast was long past. The kitchen really needs new pots and pans that fit the oven and are not warped. If cooking is important to you I would not stay here.
