Amazing location, beach is less than 5 mins away and it is right in the center of old Nice - you can hardly wish for better location. Owner is super responsive and kind, sent us even video instruction how to get in. :)) Our plane was heavily delayed and bottle of champagne and few small nice gifts waited for us once we (finally) arrived. 100% recommended for stay.

The place was very clean and tidy, just water tap in kitchen was a bit worn out and we found one forgotten item on the ground from previous visitors. Apartment was also surprisingly quite, considering its location, expect a bit more noise on Saturday night.

Stairs

Location.

Steep stairs, no elevator. We didn’t get baby bedding for the baby’s bed, even though we were promised one. The baby had to sleep on the sofa bed and fell out the bed. The owner was not interested in resolving the situation. The appartment was very noicy.
