Not only was the unit clean, but the pool and workout room were spotless. The unit was very conveniently located. Just 15” to Lido Beach/St Armands and just 8” to downtown. The property manager was very responsive and helpful!

The pool heater wasn't working for most of trip except the last three days. This was nofault of the host. The host and property manager were very helpful throughout my stay of 3 weeks.

Great place, wonderful location and will definitely be back next year!

We recently spent two weeks at Jeff’s apartment and had a great time. It is exactly like the pictures on the VRBO site - new, clean, very secure and with good decor. The location was fantastic being so close to downtown but right on the water. The apartment had everything we needed, plus thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and a few laundry & dishwasher pods which really helped us out while we got settled in after a long flight. My kids also loved the pool and hot tub, and everyone we met was very friendly. Communication with Jeff was fantastic; he was so quick to respond to questions. All of his instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend!
