We had a wonderful stay and will look for this property again if we’re back in Yuma next year. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The house was spotless and perfect for four adults ranging in ages from 39-87. We appreciated the provided toiletries, paper products and cleaning products. Most of our time was spent enjoying the covered patio, which stays shaded throughout the entire day, and cooling off in the pool. Our favorite restaurants were Bubba’s 33 (friendly service, good food, and varied menu; go online or call to get on the wait list), River City Grill (an unassuming-looking building with superb food and service; reservations are a good idea) and Mi Rancho (for Mexican, of course).

Thank you for the beautiful home for our family to stay for a memorial. It was in the perfect area and plenty of room for our 6 people.

Great house nearby everything Yuma has to offer.

I have stayed at many VRBO homes in Yuma and always seek out this home. It is my favorite house. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is comfortable and it is near restaurants and grocery. The backyard and pool and great to relax in. The bedding is comfortable and the home has all the necessary amenities to be comfortable.
