Our country houses offer 80 m² of living space with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
a kitchenette, and a dining and living area with a pull-out couch
You’ll also have access to a 400 m² private natural garden with a sauna or open-air “hot tub,” as well as private access to the garden lake.

The country homes, built from solid Austrian wood, exude alpine charm. The cozy feel of the wood is further enhanced by the warm, inviting colors. Four adults can comfortably enjoy their vacation here. Our country cottages feature a 43-inch TV, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms with rain showers and toilets. A kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, a microwave with convection and grill functions, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, high-quality dishes, and wine glasses invites you to cook together. Of course, our country houses are fully air-conditioned. The private garden offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation. If you’d like, you can put your green thumb to the test here. Our gardeners are happy to offer helpful tips, and you can even put them into practice together. Unwind in the private sauna or in the hot tub under the open sky. Or simply enjoy the warming rays of the sun on the terrace, have a barbecue together, and let your gaze wander over the garden lake and out into the vast countryside of Lower Austria, where Göttweig Abbey and the Ötscher show themselves at their best.
