Awesome resort right on the beach. Perfect view of the ocean from the condo. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Great vacation. We’d stay at Sunset Vistas again for sure.

Very nice property and very nice resort. Right on the beach which is one of the best, and we have been to several up and down the Florida Gulf of America Coast.

We had a great stay at 501W Sunset Vistas. The unit is exactly as it looks in the photos..clean and tidy, pool was fabulous, pool bar fantastic with awesome bartenders! The views and gulf sunsets are top notch. Our weather this past week could not have been better. It was my husband's birthday, we enjoyed the whole experience, loved it! We will be back. Thanks Sunset Vistas!!

The view was nice. Definitely needs a deep clean. There was dust covering the wall in the master bath coming from the vent. Which means the vents haven’t been cleaned in a long time or the furnace filter hasn’t been changed. Also several cockroaches/bugs on the counter and sink area. I moved the toaster and one ran out. Not want you wanna see
