Hôte très accueillant et serviable , ils nous ont gardé nos bagages pendant 2 jours , appelez un taxi , indiquer les prix pour ne pas qu ‘on se fasse avoir en tant que touriste . Douche avec pression et chaude , grande chambre propre . Très bon séjour

we had just a short stay of one night at Puno but it was so nice staying in this Hotel! The staff was super helpful with everything. Gonzalo even booked for us a Tour witch Pick-up from the Hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean. We could leave our Backpack after check out there during the day and could also wait in the Brakfastroom for our Nightbus til 10pm. would definitely stay here again

no charm, a lot of noise during the night (cleaning? renovation?), no space in the room, breakfast was served too late, although they knew we and other guests had to be in time for the buss...
