Double check with the host what address is the place. The app lead the GPS to a different place, which resulted in me knocking on someone else's door across the street. Other than that, the place is well designed and cozy for what it is.

Really nice place, in a rough part of town, but I never felt unsafe, the neighbors were very nice, very close to two metro stations, I would stay here again!
