The flat is good. It is very spacious, very clean, and the beds, the couch, the kitchen chairs were all very comfortable. I appreciated the large fridge, the kettle, and there were already basics in the kitchen.
There are 9 flights of stairs until you reach the flat, without an elevator. I did not see any mention of this on the booking text. This is quite important information, especially for mobility impaired people, or simply elderly people. The check in is very late, at 4pm. I assumed the check out is then at a reasonable hour, but it is actually earlier than usual, at 10am. I texted the whatsapp number if we could get one hour later check out, and they ignored me. I never got an answer, even though the communication before this was good.

"The host was extremely nice and helpful! The toiletries were missing, so after I messaged him, he brought them to us immediately! We even got a present to comfort us for that tiny problem.
