Pros
Christophe is very friendly, with great welcome and quick communication on messages.
Very quite and clean area.
Excellent location a few minutes from the bus stop to St Malo and Dinard.
A Tabac and boulanger also next to the bus stop.
10 min stroll to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Facilities 10/10
The apartment has everything you need, I was particularly impressed with the standard of hairdryer.
The shower is very good.
Good size apartment for 2 people.
We used the washing machine, dryer, and iron, which is a great addition.
There's a shared communal patio area.
Cons
Only one for us lack of bedroom window.
