Safe outdoor play areas in the fenced in backyard and on the large enclosed second floor deck. Lake views from the second floor living area were great.

We have 2-3 favorite homes and this was our first stay at Palmetto Breeze. This is a lovely home with a fantastic view of Lake Colby. The back porch which extends over the garage provides an idylic spot to catch the early morning sun or late afternoon shade. The home is well laid out and the upstairs living area right up our alley. The kids loved the bunkroom and kids bathroom, especially the books and toys that live on the shelves. Our only challenge was dealing with limited cutlery and an oven that doesn't heat to temperature. Other than that, it was a delightful week, in a lovely home, on a very special stretch of Texas coastline!
