Hotel Mylos

Although due to personal circumstances we ended up staying at Mylos Hotel for a shorter time than originally planned, we were very impressed by the kindness and service we received. A special mention has to go to Mina at reception. She is incredibly helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly, and communication with her was always easy and pleasant. She really takes the time to help guests and, for us, she is a real asset to the hotel. Panos, the manager, was also extremely kind and helpful, and we very much appreciated the way they both dealt with our situation. Our room was on the small side, but very clean, comfortable and everything was in its place. Outside there is a shared section of balcony/terrace, with a beautiful view over the caldera — a lovely place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The location in Firostefani is excellent. It is a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, while the caldera and its views are right on your doorstep. Even though our stay was shorter than expected, the warmth and excellent service from Mina and Panos left a very positive impression. We would especially like to thank Mina for her attentiveness and genuine hospitality.

Beautiful sunset views from all the rooms, close to where a taxi drops you off with maybe 2 or 3 stairs to the room, 1 min walk to a convenience store, very clean, air conditioning worked well. Always book taxis through the hotel staff as it is cheaper.

Nothing really - the washroom is small but worked fine.

Location and the view. Also the bed was comfy and nice bathroom products

Breakfast was nothing special

The staff were super friendly and helpful Mina was very patience with all our questions about Santorini! The continental breakfast was always well prepared and delivered with a smile by the Albanian lady, plus with the excellent views of the caldera from the balcony. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants close by and a free car park close by. Fira is about a 10 minute walk away with stunning views on the way! The room was very clean and the air conditioning was amazing haha!

The only tiny gripe I have is that the room was a bit on the small side but everything else was brilliant.
