Hotel Campoamor

Great location. Warm staff. Wonderful bathrooms. Tidy and clean.

Noisy neighbours on the hallway, coming back around 2-3am, thin walls, and lots of noise outside made it hard to sleep.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Position was excellent

The room looked lovely but it has issues. Firstly the wardrobe space was tiny. You could hardly put any clothes in there due to a big internal pillar. We complained and they went out and purchased a portable hanging rail. So the staff did try to help and dealt with our complaint but for an allegedly superior room this was poor. Second the bathroom was very stylish looking but again impractical. The two sinks were extremely small and the plugs did not work. They were basically the size of a mixing bowl. Plus the mirrors were strange so you had to stand in a particular place to see in them. Definitely style over substance. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast was lovely. Room was nice and the hotel is in a good location close to the old town and a parking lot within a quick walk from hotel

Central location was excellent and close to central car park. Good shower. Clean.

Small bed, small characterless room. Bathroom very slippy when wet - and impossible to keep floor or surfaces dry thanks to counter-top basin - so wear spa shoes provided.
