HENRI Hotel Berlin

The hotel is cosy, chic and quiet. Quintessentially Berlin. The rooms are styled perfectly with comfortable beds and lots of light.

The staff seem disinterested in your comfort. They’re more concerned with getting you in and out as fast as possible.

Beautiful period property very well maintained and clean. Very well located for amenities and transport.

Nothing. All good.

The Hotel was near to my work place, so enjoed it. Also the style of the Hotel was nice. I liked the concept of the 'Abendbrot', the was Nic after long working day.

I hade problemswith the Coffe maschin, that was in the Room. I ask the stuff to repear it or chenge it. They didn't do it becouse of a miscomunication. I saw it only in the next morning, thet there wasn't done eanithing. Because I wanted a Coffe I needed to attend Breackfast, and I got addisonal costs becosd of it. The second issue: they sad that they gave me a uppgread. I cud also be. But the romm thad Spider webs all around the windows, so the cleanles is questionable. And the sink in Bath was leaking. I used the room only during the night, so it didn't botherd me. But for the room price I was expecting more. And the stuff didn't even ask bei check out about my stay, so the oworall feeling was depressing.
